5. Paint Your Kitchen
Now you’re on to the fun part — painting your kitchen. You want to start from the top down and blend from dry, unpainted areas into wet ones.
Work on one wall at a time. Use a brush to cut in a 2 to 3-inch area between the ceiling and wall, and wall and trim. Make sure to wipe off excess paint from your brushes to prevent dripping and ensure a smoother finish.
Use your roller brush for even paint application in large areas. Roll in a "W" or "V" pattern, then completely fill in a 2 to 3 foot section of the wall. When you think the area is completed, gently roll down the wall to even out the paint.
